2. Accepting these terms

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. Our Privacy Notice also explains how technical information is handled.

3. What the website provides

This website provides general information about opportunities to earn cashback through an independent partner website and potentially put withdrawn money towards chocolate. FreeChocolate.co.uk does not itself provide accounts, offers, cashback, withdrawals, chocolate, fulfilment or delivery, and it does not enter into the relationship between you and the partner.

4. Affiliate disclosure

Some links are affiliate links. We may receive a commission if you click or sign up through them, at no extra cost to you. This commercial relationship does not guarantee that a particular opportunity or offer is suitable or available.

5. Eligibility and partner terms

The featured opportunity is intended for UK residents aged 18 or over. Each partner sets and enforces its own eligibility rules, account requirements, privacy policy and contractual terms. You must read and accept those terms on the partner website before participating.

6. No instant or guaranteed chocolate

Custard does not supply or redeem chocolate through a catalogue. Registration may be free, but earning cashback requires completion of qualifying offers or shopping activity. Offers, cashback amounts, validation times and withdrawal conditions can change. Once Custard's conditions are met, eligible cashback may be withdrawn as money and used however you choose. We do not guarantee that you will earn enough to buy a particular product within any period.

7. Paid offers

Some optional activities offered by a partner may involve a paid trial, purchase or subscription. Review the price, renewal, cancellation and other terms before accepting an offer. You are responsible for managing or cancelling any service you choose to take.

8. Accuracy of information

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but offers, cashback amounts, validation times and withdrawal conditions can change without notice. Content is provided for general information and should be checked against the current information on Custard before you act.

9. External websites

We do not control external websites and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, data practices, products or services. A link does not mean that we endorse every statement or service on the destination website.

10. Brands and intellectual property

Nestlé and associated brand names and marks belong to their respective owners. FreeChocolate.co.uk is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Nestlé or any other manufacturer. Product names and images are used for identification and illustration only.

Unless otherwise stated, the original text, layout and branding of this website belong to the operator. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use, but must not reproduce substantial content commercially without permission.

11. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that harms availability, or use its content unlawfully or misleadingly.

12. Availability and liability

We may suspend, change or withdraw any part of the website without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or reliance on external services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that entitle you to bring proceedings elsewhere in the United Kingdom.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the website or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Questions may be sent to yafai@hushmail.com.
